Do you see emergencies?
Yes. Call us first and we will tell you whether to come straight in. Out of hours we refer to a trusted 24-hour hospital.

How often should my pet have a check-up?
Once a year for adults and every six months for seniors and pets with ongoing conditions.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer interest-free plans for larger treatments and accept most pet insurance.

Can I book grooming and a vet visit together?
Yes. Pick both services when you book and we will line them up so your pet only travels once.

What should I bring to my first visit?
Any records, a list of medications and a stool sample if you have one. Treats are welcome.

Yes, in the PawCare store, with advice from our vets on the right food.
